Everything! The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The villas are perfect and the pools are refreshing. Its a very short walk to the restaurants and shops but you would never know it because its so tranquil and peaceful

The villas were beautiful & clean. In a perfect location. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Very poor

It looks great in the pictures and could suit 3 separate couples

The location is not the best for the price The construction going on next door is not good Christmas morning we went for quick swim in pool Large tip truck dumped stone against the wall and we all had to jump out of pool thinking wall was about to come down on us Taxi driver couldnt find location and then wouldnt drive the alley to to over grown plants damaging his car

Quiet, big rooms, aircon good, staff lovely and helpful

We couldn't use the private pool as it burnt our eyes and skin so we used the main pool only, should have saved some money and not had a private pool, other villas also had this problem with their pools. Villa would have benefited with more furniture, very sparsly furnished.

A little oasis

Everything about our stay at Alam Jepun was lovely. The two bedroom villa is very spacious, beds were comfy and the private pool handy to cool off in. The living spaces are open air, the bedrooms airconditioned, and they even stock the fridge with a few inexpensive minibar items. The shared pool was always peaceful and quiet - the whole area of the four villas is quiet. And the staff were lovely - extremely helpful, friendly and a delight to see each day. The towel art left on the beds each day was such fun to find! The location is handy to everything, but tucked out of the way. Would absolutely stay again.

The location was really good.. it was really close to a lot of great bars and restaurants,quiet as well.only 4 villas in total.. The staff could not have been any better..great outside living area with large bedroom ,comfortable bed and aircon..Two smart TVs good size fridge.. not far from the beach ,easy walk down the lane up the road .. The private plunge pool was amazing but also the main pool.. overall it was excellent

The place to avoid and the city to avoid.

The water smell in the bathroom, It was awful. And they tried to cover the smell with refresher from with exotic smell while I come from European zone ; e.g. we don't have the same taste.
