Everything exceeds expectations. Very well equipped and beautiful big landed apartment. Heated and bed, portable heaters were bonuses to warm us during this cold summer.

Almost nothing short of perfection. Only shortfall is the dryer which took 3hrs and is still 70 percent moist.

A perfect property for a city stay in central Christchurch with historic charm and comfortable modern amenities.

I was absolutely delighted with such a beautifully presented property, very clean, well equipped, historic charm and centrally located. It has been without question our best property that we have stayed at in New Zealand.

Perfect location close to town and easy fast ubers. Beautiful clean and very comfortable. The rooms were very spacious with each having their own colour coordinating duvets and towels. That was a nice touch. So nice having a kitchen with all the things you need in it. We really enjoyed our time here. Everything was great

Apart from the washing machine... Arrrggghh... the washer dryer I hate anywhere I go. I find them very hard to use even with the directions on the door. I think a load to wash took 6 hours?? And I still had to hang them outside. I don't know how to work these things

Highly recommend

The house was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, a lovely surprise to find the linen included. The garden is beautifully presented, with the property well maintained. It was great having car parking on-site. The location is very handy to main routes and the city, we walked everywhere. The communication with the owner was prompt, informative and helpful.

Great 4 bedroom house. Convenient and well stocked.

The house was located in a quiet street but yet in a few minutes you could walk to several dinner places and sites. It was a perfect location.

I asked the host if my friend could stay in the house until 2 pm because he had a late flight. The host never answered me and at 11am the cleaning people were there and he had to abruptly leave. I dont think that was very nice.
