Exceptional

Exceptional hospitality and Great place to accommodate.

This place is so amazing and peaceful for any kind of travelers or anyone can do a workation. Mr. Praveen and ma'am had provided with an exceptional hospitality and they were very kind. Rooms were super clean and Food was yumm which was curated accordingly. I would definitely recommend this place in Auroville to the travelers.

The staffs were courteous and very helpful.

Breakfast was charged etc but it was pathetic. Room was neat but there was no hot water in the bathroom. ceiling of the room was not painted and the room had cement smell. the property is situated in an isolated area so it did not look safe.

Very good

Location is peaceful. So, for people coming for Pondicherry trip can select this if they want to stay away from hustle and crowd of main town.

The rooms are smaller than what they appear in photos. But this is ok for people who will mostly travel outside and only looking for place to crash for the night. Although, it lacked basic facilities like dressing mirror, clothes hangers etc.

Good but can be better

Owner and staff is really helpful. They also helped us to rent a scooter (500 Rs for 24 hrs)

Hotel is recycling water in toilet flush, that smells very bad even u can not stay in room. We complained for that , owner decided to stop recycling dirty water and solve problem in recycling system. Hope they solved this problem.

Disappointing

we booked familys room with balcony with around Rs.5500 per night but no house keeping, no service at all for cleaning

first the space is small not as in picture, bathroom shower head was partially blocked, no bathroom kits soap and toilet paper, no cleaning service

Not worth the money.

Bathroom was neat. A/C worked.

We paid 14k for a small room. By London standards too, it was too much. The parking was in a slushy empty plot. We asked information regarding dining options, something was promised, but none delivered. There was no hot water in the morning. Breakfast was said to be at 8.30 am. We reached by 8.45. But had to return at 9 am. Then too some fare was unavailable.
