Lovely hotel with great staff

We had the room with no windows, although it didnt feel like it as you had a large window into the jungle bathroom which allowed light in. We loved the bathroom and room. On arrival they greeted us with tea and had decorated our bed to welcome us. One morning we had an early trip and they made us breakfast early. Loved the pool and the pond, beautiful hotel with lovely, helpful staff.

The breakfast wasnt super vegan friendly but we picked and adapted to make sure we could have something.

Not recommended if you want a quiet place

Creative in welcome: flowers, candle,..

Very noisy, housekeeping has no regard and no respect for guests. Day 1 housekeeping came in our room at 7h to clean while we were still asleep. Day 2: keeps slamming doors starting from 6h30, loud talking

The well-equipped rooms and the water dispenser for drinking water in the corridor are nice. In addition, the staff was very friendly and helpful in organising tours.

Unfortunately, the tap water and therefore also the pool is very musty. I don't know if this is the case in the whole city or only in the hotel. In the family room we had an open bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no rain protection for towels or if you just want to wash your hands.

Staff was good. breakfast was nice. but the pool was so small.

The room has no window. we were at ground floor so i think i can accept that. But i couldn't sleep because the bathroom roof was so loud as the rainy night.

Highly recommended

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were excellent, breakfast choices were great, the pool was cool and refreshing and we loved the jungle showers. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Easy walk into town and the night market with nice food is at the end of the street. Only (small) negative would be that the air con was weak.
