Amazing facilities and a lovely location, will come again

Loved the location and the housekeeping staff. They made animals out of towels for our welcome which was super cute. Love the fact that theres a shuttle to take you to JW beach and Turtle village.

Not this property but it would be nice if JW allowed the kids to use the kids club since we went there for a few activities that were in the program

Room size and lobby was very gud..perfect for family. We specially ask for Indian breakfast and Chef Jash make it sure we get it. He served us Poori n chole and Upma and parantha and poha in two days. Staff was very helpful and polite . Prefect for family cation .

Amazing location and privacy. Its a nice place to relax and enjoy. The nearby beach of the JW Marriott. Nice activity within the Hotel. We are pleased with welcoming and surprise for our Anniversary. Our suite with the pool is stunning. Staffs were amazing and keen to help all the time.

Family stay in Phuket

Every single employee we met was so friendly and helpful. My children had a very memorable experience with the staff and all the services provided in the kids club. The location is very close to restaurants, supermarket and the beach. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious and clean.

Live music was great, but very loud and played until late. Thankfully you couldnt hear it from the bedroom my kids were in.
