Staff went over and above for their guests. The location was great for walking to many different areas of the city. The room was modern and spacious. Excellent stay over all.

Staff was helpful and friendly wished I had one hour more before check out but staff made it easy to hold my suitcases and made the spa available to change before my flight

Location was good, in a safe neighborhood. Easy 15 minute walk to the Recoleta cemetery, and 15-20 minute Uber/taxi rides to San Telmo and La Boca neighborhoods. The staff are extremely helpful, and most are bilingual, which made communication not a problem at all

The rate we were charged was double what we thought we would pay when we booked the property three months ago. The staff explained it was a drastic change in official conversion rate that happened a week before our arrival... it did not make sense

Very nice hotel but we had a bad experience with the price

Very nice room - although the view was bad. Excellent gym/spa. Decent pool. Great staff. Tremendous breakfast. Good location. The sitting area at the entrance could use an upgrade - very tacky 1980s look.

My only real complaint - other than the poor view from the room - is the way the price of the booking was handled. We thought that we were booking in Argentinian pesos. The hotel, however, claimed that the booking was in US dollars. Without going into the complicated details, this ended up making the room much more expensive for us, and much more profitable for the hotel, because of severe currency fluctuations. Frankly, since this was all windfall for the hotel, they should have made a goodwill gesture to eliminate/mitigate the effect.

A wonderful home base in Bs As

We had a very comfortable stay. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms so comfortable. We didn't have a chance to explore too much of the city (we were there for a wedding) but the suggestions made by the hotel were great, and the location within Recoleta is wonderful. Playground across the street in the park for the kids, walkable to many great restaurants and activities. We'd definitely come back and stay again!
