Superb

The room is clean and comfy. Staffs were very friendly and speak good English. The hot water wasnt working for a while but they fixed it very quickly. The location is great as its walking distance to ubud centre. Floating breakfast is 250k extra and it was so worth it!!

Unprofessional staff. The people of Indonesia are the nicest in the world, until you have to talk to the Pundit Kaya Customer Service personnel. A simple conversation about adding a day turned into rudeness and threats. I didn't feel safe bringing my family so we didn't even show up. I do not recommend this place.

Wayan our host was very accomodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were lovely

We loved the location of our villa just down the road from the main street. The was some good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were lovely and clean and serviced every day. We loved all of the staff - they were so friendly and helpful.

Great place, unless you absolutely need privacy,

Very nice place, one of four in a block (2 on one side of the pool, two on the other side) at the bottom of the property. Clean, spacious and in quiet surroundings, yet only a short walk to the city center of Ubud.

The fact that the 4 rooms/bungalows are adjacent and across from each other, with a pool in the middle, leaves little room for privacy (unless you stay inside and close the curtains).

Nice place also for longer stay.

State there for 2 weeks. It was silver clean and tidy room, cleaned every day. As there is only 4 rooms, it is quiet and personalized. The room is nice and with the walk in pool. The family was super friendly and helpful in every step to make sure that you are feeling well. Location was great - close to everything but away from the traffic noise.

I would go somewhere else next time

I like the openness of it the property so felt nice and open

I didnt like how dirty the pool was I also didnt like that we needed to request changing of sheets/towels etc on a regular basis . There was a strange smell in the bathroom that was there the entire time we were which meant when using the bathroom needed to hold our breathe

Recommended!

We stayed here with thebwhole family so we had all the rooms booked. It felt like a private resort to us. The family was very friendly. Their daughter was around the same age as our son and they played together (Ravi says hi to Elina!). Breakfast was fine and the location was nearby the center of Ubud. One time we didn't have warm water and they fixed it immediately.
