Fantastic place. Very homey and down to earth. Comfortable and while not luxury it is not bare bones either. The best part is location right outside of town. And at the start of the hiking tours. And the service. Top notch. Huy and his Team are the best. Please use him to book your tours and transport.

Exquisite and quaint property with valley views, great staff and a friendly dog

The location of the property is amazing and the staff is very friendly. The propertys manager Huy helps with cab bookings, hike bookings and provides recommendations for things to do around in Sa Pa. The meals are simple and refreshing, also they have vegetarian friendly options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I got an amazing experiences during my stay and they took care of me as their own family members.

Staffs were very helpful and friendly as well. Room was very clean and comfortable, specially the view from the balcony was an amazing.

An amazing retreat.

Our first trip to Sapa. On top of the magical view of Sapa, this guesthouse made our 3 nights stay a wholesome experience. Their staffs are friendly and helpful especially Huy, he took care of everything from our trekking, Fansipan bookings , cab and meal orders etc. the kitchen has a small menu but hearty and tasty, reasonably priced for the guests. We loved the idea that everything they served up was organic and locally grown. We stayed at the deluxe bungalow with unblocked view. Its simply breathtaking with the rice field below and waking up to sound of the cow bell. Despite its cold as its near winter, we enjoyed soaking up the sunset view at the balcony with a cup of hot drink. Its an amazing retreat and We will definitely come back ! Thank you to Huy and his teammates.

Spectacular!

I loved this place. Quaint, beautiful view and very friendly staff Mr Huy. The restaurant cooked great vegetarian food and without MSG. Quiet and truly delightful. Price is reasonable and service is outstanding!

Good choice!

A few km's away from Sapa town, but you will not regret it... . What a great place to stay! Huy and team were very kind and helpfull, and we loved the cute pets.. Mountain view breakfast to start your day! There is also the opportunity to have dinner at night. Food was delicious so we did not go to Sapa town. The bungalows are clean and comfortable. Good shower and bed, everything very clean. Good value for money. Unfortunately Sapa is not a small village anymore and very very touristy. But this felt a bit like a homestay to me and the experience is much better than staying in a hotel in town. Much recommended!

Gorgeous homestay, lovely spot.

Gorgeous view and a quiet, calm spot outside town. Lovely bungalows looking out over the valleys. The views would obviously be better before rice harvest but still stunning. We ate our evening meals here as Sapa town is too far away, but that suits us. The outside dining area is beautiful at night. Taxi needed to get here but did an organised trek straight from here as the main one day trek path passes just below. Hotel organised our trek with Mai, who was lovely. They also organised a driver to take us on a drive to Love Waterfall, Heavens Gate and beyond to Lonely Tree. We didnt want to go up to Fansipan and not get a view as the weather was cloudy and it was expensive. There was also cloud at Heavens gate but we had beautiful views from Lonely Tree, which is just a little further on. We also walked from Sapa down to Cat Cat village- interesting but like a mini theme park.
