The property is run-down. The bathroom was unclean. Wi-Fi connection to my laptop, was not allowed initially and later it was pathetic.

Breakfast was good and outside seating is pleasant .

The room allocated was below standard and after complaining I was offered a better room The pond was dry ( no water) and did not look like the picture on website.

The best in Lonavala

Affordable price, excellent location with a fantastic view Quite smooth check in process, very friendly service at the desk, clean & large room for two, very quiet , pleasant stay at the Lagoona Resort Lonavala. The food variety for breakfast was excellent . Cocktails were great at the Tipsy Horse with good appetizers. The Cinnamon restaurant offers a variety of food options and excellent ambience.

Bad maintenance. Old property. No retrofits. Even drinking water is charged. If you do not want to supply bottled water then keep RO machines in floors. Why should customer be forced to pay and drink water
