Disappointing Experience with Hotelwale
I had a frustrating experience with Hotelwale during my recent stay in Mussoorie for Weekend. Despite being promised a deluxe room, as mentioned in both the vo (Read More)ucher and WhatsApp communication, the hotel denied this and provided only a standard room. This inconsistency between what was committed and what was delivered greatly impacted my stay.
This experience has left me disappointed, and I find it difficult to trust the assurances made by Hotelwale. I would recommend opting for more reliable platforms like Yatra or MakeMyTrip for a smoother and more trustworthy experience. It's crucial to choose platforms that prioritize transparency and uphold their commitments to ensure a hassle-free stay.
