Taj Mahotsav is an annual fest that starts from the 18th of February to the 27th February every year, organised by the Uttar Pradesh Tourism in the majestic city of Agra. It takes place in Shilpgram, near the Eastern Gate of the beautiful Taj Mahal and the initiative was initiated in the year 1992. The aim of the fest is to honour and celebrate the cultural heritage of the city. Every year, hundreds of local artisans associate themselves with the Taj Mahotsav to display their work as it's a great chance for craft lovers to spot talented artists and shop for exquisite handicrafts.

What are the popular art forms of Uttar Pradesh?
