Located close to Angkor Wat, this archaeological park conducting the thrilling zipline activity is a safe and adventurous pursuit for children. Flying tree to tree over the beautiful dense jungle and admiring the majestic canopy of trees is always an impressive sight. The views from the top are fantastic amidst the serene nature and lush green trees. Located northeast of Phnom Penh, the town of Kratie is situated on the banks of the river Mekong. Visit the village of Kampi and go kayaking along the glorious river of Mekong by yourself or with the local tour guides. The Bamboo Train or Nori is among the top attractions in the provincial town of Battambang in Cambodia. It is an old railway track made of wood or bamboo running on a simple motor system, and on a 20-minute ride, the train takes tourists through the beautiful countryside of Battambang. The old track was shut recently, and alternative new routes for tourist rides pass through Angkor ruins amidst the lush villages, making it a worthy attraction to explore. Locally known as Norrie, this activity is an absolute kid favourite.

Also known as the Hanging Bridge, Plov Thmey swing bridge is a serene attraction located in Battambang. The small bridge connects two beautiful villages in the area and was built as a means of getting across the river. Due to high river water levels, the bridge is constructed on a much larger height, offering breathtaking views of the river and the surrounding picturesque green landscapes. Regularly used by locals for commuting, the start of the bridge has an excellent monastery to visit.

Situated at the infamous Tonle Sap lake in Cambodia, the floating villages are a group of four main villages called Chong Khneas, Kampong Phluk, Mechrey and Kampong Khleang. These villages have a school, church, cemetery, garden, plenty of houses and other structures that are constructed perfectly on stilts and sway as the water does, all 8 feet above water. Take an exciting boat ride through these marvellously blue waters and explore this eccentric area of water villages.

Phare, the Cambodian Circus is located outside the city of Siem Reap in Cambodia. It is a unique circus company which gives performances combining modern arts, theatre, music and dance to tell tales from the various parts of the country. It's more than just a circus performance and is one of the activities worth trying for the tourists exploring Siem Reap to experience and appreciate local folklore and circus arts.

Banteay Srey Butterfly Centre (BBC) is an interactive butterfly zoo located near Siem Reap in Cambodia. It is the largest butterfly enclosure centre in SE Asia and is one of the top attractions for visitors in Siem Reap. Tourists can get to see thousands of species of colourful butterflies belonging to Cambodia and other nearby regions on a short trip to this farm, which is worth exploring, especially enjoyable if you are travelling with kids.
