This hotel offers a convenient location, just a 4-5 minute walk to Disney Springs. However, it does not provide the same benefits as other Disney resorts. The breakfast buffet is of poor quality and (Read More)not worth the cost. One elevator broke down but was quickly repaired. Despite these issues, the staff provides excellent service. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are nearby activities, such as Cirque du Soleil, live music, and shows. The hotel also has a pool area with a bar. However, some guests found the bathroom to be dirty and outdated. There was also annoyance with the pressure to buy timeshares upon check-in.
