Great location as you can walk to town but place is getting run down and was dusty. Needs updating and spring clean.

great - would stay again as we value our privacy and the location is great.

excellent location and very comfortable, will stay again.

the bathroom had been cleaned and was fine but there were spider webs and insects on a corner of the roof. the extractor fan is filthy. the price is on the high side - its similar to the luxury apartments on Rutherford cres however not as high spec. the location compensated for this somewhat due to the lovely lake and the excellent location.
