    Great place to stay for short period of time!
    The location was very good, everything was walking distance. Nearby there were cafes and markets. We booked a room for three people are were more than pleased by what we got. It was two separate rooms each with an outdoor area with a sink.
    There was not much that we did not enjoy, though we would have preferred better neighbors.

    OK for one night layover.
    Walked from the bus station. Lots of food within 300m. Clean enough. Mini-fridge, hot water, and AC if you want that. Staff were polite. Speak some English. Only stayed one night to catch a plane. Price was OK and safe neighborhood. Maybe good for budget traveler who doesn't want to be in a hostel.
    Simple room. Door could be jimmied open with a credit card I bet. No shampoo.

    Fine for a few nights, but very basic.
    A quiet but good location 15-min walk from night market.
    Very simple bedrooms and very dated bathroom. Had to sit down in the bath to use the shower because it was too low down. A few bugs in the bathroom. AC was a big temperamental.

    Classy hotel, lovely staff, but very hard mattress
    The room had a comfortable size, with plenty of storage, a desk and so on. Despite a bit dated it is a classy hotel with charm, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a deluxe double room, with AC, fridge, and bathroom that was clean and had two bottles of water, soaps and so on. We paid 470 BHT per night and there is a free breakfast snack available 7 to 10 am downstairs (cereal, milk, cookies, bananas, coffee, tea).
    Unfortunately, the mattress in room 315 was very hard, and I got a fairly painful condition in my back that is probably related to that. Also the water heater in the shower did not hold the temperature well, so it was either too cold or a bit too hot most of the time.

    Wonderful place to stay. Makes my Chiang Rai trip memorable.
    Well maintained inn with helpful staff who put customers as their priority. Breakfast provided. Room is clean and comes with small balcony. Laundrette a minutes walk from hotel. Numerous great restaurants and yummy street food nearby. Nice and respectable neighbourhood. And 7-11 is across the road. Will come and stay here again.
    Maybe a drying rack at balcony will help, in case one likes to handwash a few small items.

    The only negative is the air conditioning fan needed a new bearing and was loud but at least it worked great
