    The hotel is in perfect location, close to everything. The breakfast is exceptional and is very good with good coffee. The staff helped us a lot and solved our problems.
    The hotel is right above a club that were very noisy to us, had troubles to sleep at night. The beds were too soft for us.

    Great location, close to important historic sites and inside a lively neighbourhood. Friendly statt, rooms modern.
    Breakfast was a lot, but we would have prefered buffet instead of the menus, not really our taste. Seemed like most guests had a lot of food left on their plates, portions too huge, quite a waste. Rooms were really small.

    The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Athens, close enough to the Acropolis and a the other sights so you can walk there. The staff is amazing. Everyone is soo nice and helpful. And the best of all is the extaordinary breakfast. You get to choose from a menu (as a single person you get to choose up to 2 dishes per day), the dishes Taste amazing and are soo huge. Best breakfast I ever had in a hotel!
    The only small negativ thing is for people with a light sleep. There are many bars and restaurants located around the hotel. At night it can get quite loud out there and the hotel's soundproofing could be better. But after a long say of exploring Athens it didn't bother me much.

    Cleanliness issues. Discovered several bed bugs in the bed. Then notified the employee at the front desk and checked out. The hotel canceled my reservation (pretending I didn't check in). And denied a refund. After initiating proceedings, the hotel informed Booking that it had offered me a different type of accommodation, which is a lie.

    * Great location - in the heart of Athens * Very friendly staff - always ready to help * Extraordinary breakfasts - quality of very good restaurant (watch, the portions are big :-)) * Nice ambience in the hotel - modern
    * Rooms are rather small - they are very comfortable, but we had not easy access to the bed * Aircon was not working - in the night we realize that it was not working, we inform staff in the morning, so they fixed it. Lucky we that it was not very hot and we just opened the window
