Very clean- Confortable - close everything
    Clean - confortable -
Little bit too modern. Key iPhone is not 100% reliable. Noisy between rooms. Carpet to the floor is not the best choice to be absolutely clean.

    Spacious for San Fran
Room size was great with a big bay window looking out into the street. It was clean and felt fresh. The shared bathroom was very clean and modern. Very comfortable hotel and felt like a safe space inside. Accommodation in SF is very expensive and this one was on the more affordable side. Some awesome bars nearby. Free coffee and tea provided - yay!
There are no on-site staff and you need to download a key app to access the hotel and your room. We had some technical difficulties with this through no fault of our own and no one to help us on arrival. Our first telephone call went unanswered. Took a while before we could get in. The area is great but simultaneously there are some confronting characters on the streets. This was fine for us but something travellers should be mindful of.

    Clean and Comfortable Overall
Shower was beautiful! Outdoor patio area was nice as well. Location was really good, just 2-3 short blocks from Valencia. The place was clean and well maintained.
Street parking is supposed to be available but good luck finding any. Nearest parking garage is about 3-4 blocks away so plan to bring a rolling suitcase that you dont have to carry. There are a lot of homeless in the area, they are lined all down the front of Mission Street and the front of the hotel. They werent rude or intrusive but I did worry a little bit being female and only with my daughter. If you leave the property through the patio its more comfortable. Lastly, there was no AC. The weather was warm when we went so it was a little warm for us in the room even with the w window open.

Overall if you are looking for an affordable place to stay in San Francisco so that you can sightsee
Its a hostel. Its on the corner of 15th and Mission one block from the Bart station. There are shared bathrooms and restrooms( they are not in the room but located on the same floor) those facilities are cleaned every day. The room was clean and bright as well as the bedding. The on-site property manager was really accommodating and very nice.
Dislikes( not many) 1. The bed wasnt that comfy 2. The Wi-Fi was spotty and the tv would disconnect a lot. 3(this not a reflection of the property or management) between 15th and 16th on Mission during the beginning of the month there are a tone of sidewalk vendors and for some ppl that me be a culture shock.

Modern, clean and simple inside. Uncomfortable to walk on the sidewalk.
Only coffee and tea was available
The inside was perfect. Right outside the main entrance, the sidewalk in this area was extremely uncomfortable to walk through. There were many transients, trash scattered, and strong urine odors
