    Good rest for traveling.
    The attitude of the lady at the reception was really bad. The room was not prepared according to my request. The lady at the reception was not happy to assist with preparing the room when we arrived.

    Never stayed there as I was late and they want to know who is staying there. Not sure why
    Nothing. Not accommodating at all
    Because we ran late due to traffic, they never allowed us into the property even though we arranged with a colleague to fetch the keys before cut off. Really ridiculous and rude. Had to pay and stay at another hotel for the night. They never even refund us....
