Too small

Good location but the space in the room is very small for two people and the price is very high for a room of such small dimensions.

Satisfied

It was super nice, the position was perfect and near to centrum, bus station and underground. The staff was super nice and friendly.

The structure was not so clean actually and unfortunately we had neighbours that screamed a lot and sometimes was annoying. It's better that they control more when come specially young people for don't disturb the other guests.

Great location in London

Get location within walking distance to Kensington Palace and other landmarks, a supermarket, underground and Paddington train station. The kitchenette was small but functional and handy to have in the apartment.

Good accomodation in great location

Everything was fine for a short stay. We liked the location as has good travel links and we could walk to places of interest plus Bayswater has everything you might need. The room was very small and compact but somehow managed to squeeze in the kitchen basics. The staff were very helpful. They quickly provided a new hairdryer as the one in the room was broken and they allowed us to store luggage securely after checkout.

Room really was small for four people especially the bathroom which was just tiny.

It was a great location. It was right near one of the tube stations and the Toot hop on hop off bus. It was great to be able to store our luggage prior to check in too. It had good facilities to be self sufficient and was nice and clean.

The beds were very hard. They needed mattress toppers to soften them up a little bit. The pillows were also very thin. The kitchen mixer was loose on the bench which made it hard to use.

Close to everything but uncomfortable bed

The place was super easy to find. Easy check in and out. Great location, close to shops, park and bus stops.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, very very thin pillows and no cushion left on the bed. Horrible first night's sleep. Asked the receptionist for extra pillows and a blanket to put under us and she did accommodate. Very grateful for her!! It definitely helped but still not great.

The hotel was near to the tube. The room was quiet and clean. We surely will come back there.

Very clean 1 downfall is the kitchen sink tap broken not fix properly , we worry it will broken during our stay . Everything is clean and tidy Recommend
