Great location. Comfortable. Has pretty much everything you need and the little extra condiments were a very nice surprise.

No where to store luggage before check in out after check out if you have a late flight. Lockers at southern cross station were full

Great stay and awesome apartment!!

The room, perfect and spacious for my family of 5. Security, fantastic! Our host, Sarah, is the best! (Keep up the good work Sarah!!) Beautiful pool and gym is great! Location is fantastic, close to Coles and a DFO outlet etc My family didn't want to leave haha. We'll be back for sure and I'll definitely recommend this place to my family and friends AAAAAAAA++++++

The concierge staff are not that receptive/professional of helpful. I work with a hotel and I know how a concierge team should operate. 3/10

good location, 10mins walk from Southern cross station, lots of restaurants around. the apartment is so comfortable, huge space for living room and kitchen area. the host is excellent, i love the way they care about women^^ thanks for having us, would come back again
