Superb

Unique & comfortable waterside stay

This place is a hidden gem Beautifully decorated holiday homes at the waterside with sweeping views of a landscape that could not be more Dutch. The homes are very well equipped (hand soap, dishwasher tablets, paper kitchen towels etc) and staff are very welcoming - especially Dog Mick , the star of the place. We were here in the dead of winter, with a big storm raging, so we couldn't really enjoy the outside, but in summer it must be very nice to sit on the big terrace along the water. PS go to nearby Paal 7 restaurant, it's very good

To be honest, the town itself (Roelofarendsveen) is not particularly interesting or attractive. So go for the peace & quiet. And note that each holiday home only has one bathroom and one toilet, so if you're staying with 6 people, you'll have to make a planning

Exceptional

The availability of SUP, canoes, and a motor boat was great! And the view of the nature was just amazing! This, together with super nice and helpful hosts made the stay really brilliant!
