Highly recommend staying here for all families looking for a comfortable property.

Very clean and nicely furnished. A lovely welcome pack consisting of Halloween treats for the children and a small bottle of Prosecco for the adults. Everything you could need for a base to stay when out visiting Dorsets attractions.

As a positive its very close to all the facilities at Rockley Park but with that you get the extra noise from the loud music on in the evenings.

Great choice for our stay in Poole. Clean van with a nice welcome pack!

Good location. Easy to get access to the keys. Clean property and nice to have a welcome pack! Thank you! Parking is right by the side of the van. Good take away facilities on the site and shops nearby. The kitchen was well furnished with crockery etc and some cupboard essentials.

The only issue was that a small part of the sofa was not as solid as it could be which meant that we couldn't use that seat, but it was a very small issue and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Inaquaccurate description of the place ,&. Wanting us to pay 300 bond by bank transfer

We were told the place had 2 bathrooms ,there was 1 . There was a very small space for a toilet & a very small basin which they called the 2nd bathroom. The original advertisement was the place was a house , after our money was paid we received a picture of a caravan, 24 hours before we were due to arrive we were told we had to bring our towels plus the owner of said caravan demanded e wanted 300.00 before he would give us the code to get into the place (caravan) we said we wanted to inspect the place & why did we have to pay him.more money . He was demanding. BANK TRANSFER. We met the owner on the day of our arrival.we inspected the place & said we were told it had 2 bathrooms . He still demanded 300.00 When we offered a cheque for the amount to hold he finally accepted it. We said we want said cheque torn up or returned to us when he had inspected the place & all was ok. We saw the cleaner on the day we left & she said everything was fine in the caravan ,we had left it clean & there were no breakages,We had problems with the shower which he fixed ,but the soap tray dish in the shower was broken which we reported.Just waiting to see if he returns our cheque.

Average, but wouldn't stay in this van again

Bed Linen provided, little touch like childrens bedding and an easter egg on arrival

Not enough parking for two cars. Caravan opposite Security workers caravan, noise of cars, talking after midnight and then woken at 6am when they started work. Not what you want on holiday. No Wifi
