Disappointing

Basic but cheap. Roof over your head but little more

Location. Cheap parking at 9 Euros a day.

Very cheap approach to everything; Transient staff, poor quality, if plentiful, food at breakfast, basic accommodation, most staff just doing a job with little interest in improving customer experience. Found it poor experience even for single overnight stay.

Bad

It's a 3-star hotel. When we booked it in the booking it said it was 4 stars and upon arrival every in the hotel it said e stars. When we called Booking, they told us it's not booking fault and the property is in charge of their profile, and when we asked for a partial refund or anything for false advertisement booking, just ghosted us!! The property didn't respond as well.
