Superb

We had a wonderful holiday in Dubai and it was made very special by staying in this lovely Villa.

The villa was in a nice compound and was modern, very clean and quiet. The villa was near a big Mall which was handy for shopping .. eating .. etc . The villa was the right size for my family. The pool was nice and clean. we really enjoyed staying at the villa and would most likely go again. Highly recommended for a large family holiday in Dubai.

Some mosquitos!! .. but that is just a general environmental issue in winter like tropical weather... just do not keep the patio door open and should be ok . Take some spray to deal with bites.. May be owners can install a mosquito electrical zapper to deal with this issue.

Excellent family Christmas including a newborn baby

Pool was excellent for children.

We took a lot of appliances as they were not in the kitchen e.g. toaster, coffee machine. No dishwasher.

Its location

- Overpriced - Swimming pool is small size. Better to put its size for others to know. - its 4 beds room and not 5. No one count the home maid room. Better to be honest. - Check in process is poor. Its 3pm and you have to be there to collect the keys in person and to pay 1000AED deposit that is not mentioned anywhere. The time of check out is not convenience at 11 am. - No coffee machine. No BBQ stove.

We had an amazing time at the villa and enjoyed it immensely.

The villa was very clean and well-organized. The pool was sparkling and the place offered a lot of privacy, making it perfect for a bigger family. The surroundings were calm and quiet, providing a peaceful environment. The property was easy to access, which was convenient for everyone. I highly recommend this place for families looking for a nice and relaxing stay.

There was certain restrictions for parking(No of vehicles) and number of guest allowed.

1. There is no curtain on the kitchen window 2. The swimming pool barrier must be changed to block the whole area 3-the swimming pool water pump and filter wasnt working in the second day and the pool remained with dirt
