    Nice house, great venue. Lovely quiet location.
    Location was great. Good number of bedrooms. The support people that at sent the handyman were excellent as to was the handyman.
    We had issues with lock box. There were 2 there couldn't get either open. Had to phone for someone to come to open. He to had issues. Then couldn't get door open luckily handi man was still at end if drive so had to come back and he again had trouble unlocking door. We then struggled with lock for rest of stay.

    Great location, warm cosy house with all the facilities needed
    Lovely location with a view of the mountains. Queen beds were comfortable. House was very clean and had everything we needed.
    Single beds were a bit worn and uncomfortable.

    The mattress is too soft, especially the single bed, the children can't sleep well at night, and it is inconvenient to not provide a trash can in the bathroom

    Could have done with some cleaning after previous guests- dusty and sticky marks everywhere. Would have been nice to have a hairdryer and hand soap in the bathroom

    Was a nice stay.
    Thought there should have been a rubbish bag in kitchen for rubbish to go in bin. Would have been nice to have a small milk so we didnt need to go out.
