My opinion based on my experience.

Location, cleanness, garden, 24 hours reception, 3 bomb shelters, one very comfortable (room 103). Jeremy, the receptionist, was more than excellent and knew all that I needed to know. Thanks

Cleaning old lady does not know meaning of sign not to be disturbed on door handle, and worse, she was opening the room door and getting into room with silly beaviour without even knocking... That happened about four times. I had to put heavy suitcase behind the door... At the beginning I thought that she was lost guest who did not know a word in English,thus, I didn't report her to reception, later on I felt pity that she still has to work and still didn't complain. No good light for reading while in bed.

Very good

Fantastic location, close to the beach and with delicious restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Overall, we had a very good stay at the A23 hotel which offered us all we needed.

While there isn't really much negative to say about the hotel - we felt a bit confused by the different design directions (furniture, colour, material, paintings, art) we were exposed to in the hotel. It was a bit too much and too contradicting for our taste, but again, design is very subjective.

Home away home

I really enjoyed the four nights stay at A23 thanks to a lot of positive reasons. Every member of staff are always helpful and kind to every guest including us. The room was clean and well organized. Breakfast tasted very delicious for us with real Italian cappuccino made by Tahli. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was 5 minutes walk to sandy beach and very close to the street full of cafe and restaurant and several bus stops to anywhere in the city. I didnt use the complementary bicycle but it may be one of good modes of transport around there. I did really choose a right place for us to stay in Tel Aviv. I can strongly recommend A23 for anyone who want to enjoy local life style in Tel Aviv. Thank you very much indeed, Tahli.
