Old hotel with great room service, but need renovation.

Comfortable beds and 4 pillows. Silent.

Rooms needed to be renovated. Had three times issues iwht the water installation. Please ask for room 323 - now everything was fixed. Breakfast selection is too bad for four star hotel. Not even bacon and only brewed coffee - not freshed prepared.

Not too far from the ferry only about 30 mins/breakfast is really good

The private beach is quite hot, not shady if you want to swim in the sea

Staff is friendly, location is good, rooms comfortable and clean, nice pools and easy access to beach (by boat). Would stay again!

Wifi doesnt work well, but that didnt bother us since we had good mobile data coverage

Yeah it's a tiny bit run down. But breakfast is good. Two pools. And there's a boat that takes you to the beach for free which was nice. plus room was comfortable

Perfect stay at Ana Resort

Ana Resort is a wonderful place to spend your time in Koh Chang. When you look out of the windows you feel like being in the jungle. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant delicious. The transfer with the boat to the hotel's beach is well organized and the beach itself not overcrowded. We had a perfect stay.
