    Spacious hotel, good value for money
    Needs a TV in lounge and pool area for watching football etc . Bar area poorly staffed with long queue for drinks . Outdoor pools state heated but very cold . Hotel could also do with a gym facility

    Broad variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food quality was quite good. Close to the beach (around ten minutes walking) and large swimming pool.
    The duvet of the bed was too thick taking into account the temperatures on the island.

    Don't expect a sea view just because you book a room with a view.
    Pool area was nice and spacious.
    I booked a room with a view and expected then overlooking the ocean. I got a room facing the pool area and a walk path way on 2nd floor. When complaining and trying to change the room they said they consider facing any of the sides of the building is kind of a view. Really bad!!

    The staff was very friendly - except recepcionists
    We were upset to find cockroaches on the restaurant, and the food, though tasty, was excessively oily. The limited menu options further diminished our dining experience.

    The pool was great, life guards at the water slide at all times to make sure the children are safe. Thumbs up! But that was about it.
    Food: The food was tasteless and dry. Not much variation of dishes. You were lucky if you could find one dish each day that was well prepared and tasty. Drinks: The drinks that was included with the All Inclusive package were undrinkable. They were poured directly from a machine and tasted artificially, like a lot of sweetener was added. The only drink that was good was the Gin Tonic, which was mixed by the bartender. Pool Area: Very few parasols, and the ones that existed was fixed to the ground and partially hollow, meaning they did not give full shade. We had to find bushes and setup our own sheet to have good shade for our kids while still being near the pool. Mini Disco: Our daughter did not enjoy it. She loved the Mini Disco at the previous hotel we stayed at, so it's not that she doesn't like Mini Discos. I believe it was because it was to hectic, focusing too much getting the children to scream "Mini Disco", "DJ", "One, two, three" and similar. More focus on engaging with the children while dancing would be better.
