Relaxing stay

Stayed for 3 nights at the property. The front desk staff (Pablos and Alex) were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They took good care of us. Breakfast was 'made to order' - we selected individually from a list of options that were delivered to our rooms at the selected time. Rooms were cleaned everyday as well. Since it was off-season, we had the resort almost to ourselves. The rooms face the caldera and the sunset was visible right from there.

Very good stay with awesome view

View from hotel is amazing. Got very good suggestions for places to eat and visit. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed in moonlight suite.

AC was old so it was making hell of a noise, if you are light sleeper then it would be a problem. We stayed in December so it was very less happening compared to fira
