Friendly and helpful staff

Airconditioner in the room was too hot, no matter how cool we set it on. We eventually opted to open the window. Temperatures in the public spaces were also turned on very high. Breakfast can definitely be upgraded. Little choice. Only hot food options are hard boiled eggs that have turned blue and bacon.

Good and clean!

Very clean, large room, nice bathroom. A little bit out of the center but quiet. Regular breakfast.

Breakfast was good but mainly cold items. The rooms are clean but basic.

The hotel location is excellent and staff member was very friendly

The air-conditioning in our room did not work and it was cold. I am especially sensitive to cold climate.

Exceptional

Everything, the staff was really nice and professional,.We came with the dog, I asked for the room away from the lift, we got the very last one in the corridor. For us it was the best!!! No issue going to the lounge bar with the dog, he even got the extra snacks and a water. Very cosy place, great breakfest and Korres cosmetics, we are definitely coming back!!!

Nothing, it was absolutely great accomodation.
