Disappointing

Staff is not friendly

The treatment of the receptionist was not nice at the time of the check in. The staff in general are not friendly. The hotel entrance located directly to the street and not easy to stop the car for drop off passengers .

The breakfast was fine, the staff in general were extremely helpful and friendly. For our purposes, the location of the hotel was perfect with all our destinations being within walking distance. Finally we were very impressed with the quality of the food in the Japanese restaurant which was only outdone by the view of the Acropolis.m

Ideally it would better if a book of the hotels amenities were provided.

Similar price to Hotel Grande Bretagne and King George in Athens, far worse service.

NO. This is the last stop before our two-month trip to Europe in 16 European countries and 19 European cities. I didn't expect it to be the worst experience in all the five-star hotels in two months. Definitely not a five-star standard. The whole hotel seems to be cobbled together by various contractors! The meaning of the hotel It is to help customers solve problems, not to use various regulations to confront and restrict customers, a high-level hotel knows how to deal with customers' reasonable requirements flexibly.

1.Opposite is the wall of a building, definitely not city view. 2. When we returned in 22:30, we told the reception that we hoped to order breakfast for the next morning to the room , the recep let us to ask the bar. The bar said that the restaurant was closed at 10:50 so we couldn't make a reservation. After we explained the situation to the recep, a female recep said that their hotel cant book breakfast, we have to call in advance to make a reservation the next morning. It was inconvenient. During our two-month journey there are menus in the rooms of the other hotels, just need to hang the menu on the door. When we explained it, she seemed impatient and didnt want to continue listening and just looked at her computer. Finally she called the bar and told me that the restaurant open until 23:00, the bar made a mistake, so we went back to the bar. Depending on It is extremely difficult to book breakfast here, we asked to book breakfast for the next two days, the bar said it can only be booked for tomorrow for exception, but if since you have already made an exception once, why can't you make an exception twice? We were told the latest delivery time was 10.30am and even our request for a latertime was denied. Another barman seemed more mature came keep told us they couldn't order breakfast and I had to repeat what we had booked for the next day. When we asked if it could be delivered later, he told us that they have a breakfast a la carte menu, which can last until 12 noon, and later his young colleague did not apologize for the wrong information. We returned to the hotel at 22:30, and returned to the room at 0:30, wasting two hours, and finally they still refused to book breakfast for the next two days, just kept saying and saying this is a rule.
