Acer Lodge is a traditional Scottish, family-run guest house situated on the A90 Queensferry Road, a 15-minute drive from the heart of Edinburgh by bus/car and Edinburgh Airport. Parking and WiFi are (Read More) free. All rooms have a bathroom with a shower, toiletries and a hairdryer. Other facilities include tea/coffee, ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. Location, size of room, homely touches like toiletries and fresh milk in fridge

Id have preferred a double room but this was a late booking. Twin was just as comfortable

The staff was nice, our room was cleaned every day (towels were changed every 2 days), the bed was comfy, lots of space for the clothes

The bathroom has a bit outdated style, the shower cabin is quite small.

The location was fantastic, really easy to get the bus in and out of Edinburgh. We were recommended a restaurant, which was a 10 minute walk and the food was so nice we went both nights

Overall it was a decent stay.

Room was decent size and it included breakfast. The bus stop was pretty close as well.

Beds werent really comfy, and there wasnt enough direction provided on how to reach the hotel from the bus stop recommended when arriving from the airport. Also had a lot of trouble getting the toilet to flush completely.

Perfect will definitely stay again !

Great communication , easy bus trip into Edinburgh and another east bus to the airport Clean and tidy ,milk ,tea , coffee, shampoo ,shower gel , soap, towels Etc all in room Thomas and Annie were very attentive . I was travelling with my aunt to visit family and it was perfect and a delicious breakfast too

We really enjoyed our stay at the Guest House!

We had a really wonderful stay at this Guest House! Everything was clean and well prepared!! :) The hosts are very nice people and uncomplicated. The location is just perfect. The bus stop is 3 minutes from the house away. The bus connection was decent. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Simple check in and check out. Great facilities, tea coffee available, milk and water in mini fridge, toiletries available. Able to order take away. Plates and cutlery available on request.

On busy main road. Pebbles on drive were noisy. Bed very hard and very flat pillows.
