We had a beautiful holiday here. The staff was amazing! Never happend to me to have so nice servis like in this hotel. Virginie and all the staff were so nice.

It was very clean, very good access to Dubai Mall, Excellent breakfast

Two or three times we had a problem to contact the reception and the colleagues did not connect with each other and did not follow up. We were on the last floor and there was a very unpleasant smell on our floor, especially at night.

Was not relax at all and now I won't recommend this place.

The hotel is gorgeous, the facilities and the views are amazing. The location is very convenient. Mall, restaurants, entertainments are close.

When the people book a hotel like FOUNTAINS VIEWS, they expectations are relaxing, enjoying, and feeling as home. Unfortunately we have to call the FD several times every day for different reasons. After 13 hrs flight, we just want to take a shower and resting to charge energy. My friend filled the tub with hot water, to soak for at least 15 minutes and them I was supposed to do the same after him. But the drain was broken(first call), also I tried to brush my teeth by the left sink, but that was clogged too. . Finally, I took a shower and jumped to the bed that was smelling bad like someone used before, but we were so tired (no call) but informed the guy who fixed the tub. BTW he did a good job, and next day i used the tub. The second day, when I took a shower, the body gel was empty (call) Why did they filled only the body gel and didn't check the other bottles. 3rd day the shampoo was empty . They filled the shampoo and put water in the accondioner. K- MAN !!! We didn't want to call again for that but that makes me so disappointed and reported to the front desk personally next morning. (that point was no changed or replaced). Every morning the hallway going from the room to the elevator, smells horrible.Reported to the FD At the check out time the agent asked me about our stay and he was very embarrassed and apologized, he called to the supervisor who was reading everything in the computer(she looked like she was doing that). She was nice with us but after all the complaints, she didn't do anything, just promised that the next time should be better. I would like to come back soon but we are from USA and maybe will go back to Dubai in 2 or 3 years. She said that is a long time and can not give us whatever she was trying to give us. The management have to avoid this kind of reviews, recovering the guest when they are present. Was evident that the hotel didn't cover my expectations but didn't do anything to recover.
