Lovely, spacious property in a quiet and convenient location. Excellent attention to detail (things like tissues, milk, extra blankets and heaters etc.).

Squeaky floorboards and poor water pressure in the showers.

This was adequate but expensive accommodation. Our main complaint refers to the cleaning or lack of.

LOCATION WAS GREAT. CLOSE TO TRAMS TO THE CITY AND GLENELG.

The property was not as clean as it should have been given the price we paid (over $400 per night!). Kitchen drawers hadnt been cleaned. There were small dried particles (probably food) in between some cutlery. Spare toilet paper not in an obvious spot. We bought extra. No bin liners for the rubbish. Floors in bedrooms needed a good vacuum. Not all guests found the beds comfortable. There was no hanging space in bedroom #3.
