Comfortable & relaxing, perfect for our needs!

Location was perfect for what we needed, everything as described. Was clean & well maintained. Joseph was very helpful in making sure check in went smoothly & we had everything needed etc. Will return in near future!

Our only complaint was not being able to stay longer this visit

Nice house and great location.

Excellent location for my purposes. Very handy to bus stops.

Maybe a bit expensive. Some attention to maintenance was required - dripping shower; curtain pulls not working; kitchen cupboards needed sorting.

Good location.

The beds were very uncomfortable it's a shared house and isn't stated online because it looks like you're actually renting the whole house because that is what is pictured but you are only renting down stairs or up stairs. Took ages to ahold of anyone and wasn't notified where the key was.

The house was spacious with plenty of room.

The heating was a bit hard to work out. The hot water system was hard to adjust. No heating in the bathroom. Toilet and bathroom can do with privacy locks

Livable but not enjoyable. Needs some work to bring it up to a reasonable standard

Good location. Reasonable value for money. Excellent communication with host. Fast to rectify major issue with hot water system.

Property was unclean and drenched in smell of stale cigarette smoke. Was upstairs component of an obviously divided house. Sound from downstairs travelled and was extremely loud. Parking was near impossible with lower floor tenant often having visitors use the parking space. Kitchen was quite unclean and needs a deep clean and clear out to make it hygienic. Cleaner was at the property on our arrival but had obviously NOT been cleaning (dirty toilet, hair/whiskers all over bathroom, floors not clean).

Reeked of many years old cigarettes. Was an upstairs part of house with tenants downstairs that had yappy dogs and took the parking - so we had to street park and didnt give us the ability to utilise the bin facilities. leaky kitchen taps, vacuum didnt work, clothes horse was broken.
