Hard to give a review

For one night that we managed to stay in the hotel, I can say that toom was very nice and specius, and also clean.

It is hard to rate the hotel since there was a fire during my stay. It was scary since also the emergency staircase were on fire. I am still waiting for the refund. The pool and sauna were not clean to my satisfaction.

A wonderful Christmas holiday

Very nice room with all the comforts of an apartment. Only 15 min walk to the central station, and 10min to the city center.

More vegetarian options for breakfast would be appreciated

Pleasant

Great location for apartment hotel - would recommend for young families travelling to Hamburg.

Location was good and walking distance to conveniences like trains, U- and S-Bahn. The cafe downstairs provided a nice spot for early morning calls. There was an office building nearby and it makes the district quite work-friendly.

The kitchenette was rather odd-placed. Also, the heater rack didn't work - esp during the winter rain storms - would've been much needed for dry clothes. Gym was dimly lit - very romantic but not good for ageing guests!

Location, it is very near to city center and quay side. Spacious, very clean and well organised room and bathroom. Very comfort bed and matrix and good WiFi reception.. The lobby bar and restaurant are very cozy, just perfect for a drink or supper after a long walk around city. Havent tried breakfast but it looked delicious and rich. All the staff throughout our stay were very very gentle and assisting and had very warm welcome. Have kept and locked our staff during early check in and check out. Thank you all ladies and gents

Short stay in Hamburganother couple days would be perfect.

Too expensive. Not a value for money!

Facility and cleanness.

Breakfast far to expensive for quality. With such price I expected to be much better. One day even there was no eggs! Once we asked they said it was not delivered today! I was wonder why they dont make it in their own kitchen?! Such price for breakfast should serve at least such stuffs fresh.
