The room was lovely and immaculate! The property also had a terrific location where we could walk to various restaurants and sights. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful with sightseeing suggestions. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice, central spot in Inverness.

We arrived early and they were verynice, let us park up car and showed us our room, the place has been done up really nice and comfy, bf on sunday morning was very nice, we over slept but was not a problem, defo visit again

Adrain's guest house is Awesome.

Host was very accomadating. room very comforable, bed was so comforable didnt want to get out of it, in morning. We couldnt have breakfast due to being lazy lol. The area is perfect for getting around, places to eat and shopping. Parking no hassle fo Adrain helped a lot.

The correct place to stay in Inverness

The rooms are comfortable and cute decorated Luigi, the host, very kind, giving a lot of information, preparing every day a delicious breakfast On arrival day, we had a delay with the train and he had waited us till late, to allocate at our rooms and arrange all the details of our stay

The entrance at the shower cabin is narrow, otherwise all was perfect

The room for 2 was tiny. No where to open our carryon luggage. It was a last minute booking so perhaps would have seen how small the room was on listing.
