So here is how our experience was: I took a few of my polish friends to this place thinking they'll have a memorable experience in the desert, but we were unfortunately very disappointed:
1-Air conditioner stopped working at night and we were freezing in the tents especially that they only had one blanket in both double tents we took.
2-No running water for shower not WC all eve and night, and when we finally had some later in the morning, it was cold!!
3-We were served coffee in unclean cups, and tea was so sweet that we had to give it up. The omelette we had was probably the worst so far.
4-The toilets in the diner upstairs are not clean at all!!
5-The dinner which was served for 100 euros worth for 4 people was not worth the money to say the least.
6-My polish friends wanted to try quads in the desert so they spoke to the person responsible, and they were told it'll be ready in 5:30 pm, so my friends changed and got ready and were waiting at the door only to be shocked that they're not available(my friend Jan had an electric leg and thus it was tiring to change and walk to the gate every time)... They said they'll have them ready the next day at 9:30 am, so again my friends woke up at 7:00 and were waiting for the person in charge to let them know when the quads are ready, they were again at the gate at 9:20 with what all it comes with of changing and getting ready and so on... Again they weren't there and again the person who promised changed the narrative and started telling lies instead of apologizing for the delay and being honest, eventually 50 mins later the quads are there but now we are constrained by time as their flight is approaching and we also still need to head back to Marrakech...
My friends and I will never return to this place and so never will any of our common friends!
