Love this hotel, everything about it.
The staff were all amazing, they could not do enough for us. You can tell that this hotel is not part of a chain, there is something homely about it and very welcoming. The hotel/resort is extremely clean.
We had a seaview room and it is well worth paying the little bit extra for this, wonderful views.

Good place to relax after travelling around Crete
Overall had a great time, food was tasty and fresh all the time, hotel staff was exceptional
Never struggled to find space at the pool or the beach, all well maintained with plenty of sunbeds to choose from
Room was spacious enough for 3 and comfortable with plenty of storage space
Dinner time was very crowded every evening we were there end of September( staff did help to find table)
Not enough areas for non smoking people especially in the evening outside lobby bar and non smoking areas not really enforced
Many popular cocktails had a surcharge (such as Aperol Spritz)

Overall a relaxing stay with some hiccups here and there.
Love the beach, it is nicely maintained, plenty of sunbeds, water sports right there with various activities available. Restaurants offer plenty of choices for dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. We also appreciated the gifts we received. They were very flexible with check-in/check-out times which was awesome with our plane schedules. But nothing else can compare to the main attraction and reason we came back to this particular resort which is Sifis.
We had a bungalow so I guess it happens, but we had a cockroach in our room. Saw just one and after killing it didn't seem like more gotten in, but one more did run over our feet in the outside area of lobby bar. The shower was not the best, had a bit of a smell and overhead shower head was leaking on its sides. AC stopped working couple times in the middle of the night, it did get fixed fast enough but it does look like quite an old unit. The bathroom door was finicky too - to fully close it had to be slammed a bit and made it hard to use during the night without waking up my boyfriend. Breakfast a little bit uninspired, was better last year.

Amazing hotel, amazing beach, amazing people there! 10/10
The beach is beautiful, the sea was warm! There are lots of plants and palmas! The food is perfect, every lunch and dinner can eat various types of food! All inslusive includes everything what you need in a good holiday! The staff are superfriendly and consuderate! We must have to come back again!
Only one thing: there are few electrical outlets in the room!

Nice rooms, very clean, lovely beach. Friendly staff. The hotel wasn't too big like the other all-inclusive ones but still had enough to offer and had a friendly vibe which is not usually the case for all inclusive hotels.
Information about restaurants is very confusing. You can eat at the outside restaurants only if booked in advance and you can book it only at certain times (during meals).

Over expectations!!!
It was a wonderful vacation with my 2yo son. We stayed 2 weeks. Unfortunately my husband couldnt come. On the beginning I was worry it would be a little hard deal with a kid by myself but after some time I released. All the staff was just excellent! They met all our needs starting with the change of the room, and ending with the provided stroller and medicines. All the ladies from the reception was super nice. Big hello from us to Daria! Mikhalis helped us with the luggage and became a best friend to my son! They played every time they met after! The resort and its facilities just perfect for the families with kids: kids play room (big thanks to Lesa for all the activities), playground, small pool, mini disco every night. The food was excellent! So many choices! And Manos from the restaurant makes the atmosphere very warm and homely. We will definitely will come again if we have a chance and Ill recommend this places to all my friends with kids!

Beyond perfect - coming back next year
Such an amazing resort - I wish we could have stayed for much much longer! Everything exceeded our expectations, as vegans we had many plant-based food options for every meal, plus there are several restaurants with different menues. The beach is spacious and guests have a lot of privacy, there are 3 pools on the resort so we moved a lot during the day.
Knossos Palace is fairly close to the resort, airport and the city center as well. We watched the meteor shower from our bungalow's balcony with the sea view. It was an amazing active vacation.
Best of all, the amazing staff even prepared a special cake and sparkling wine surprise for my mom's birthday! On the last day, our flight was rescheduled for 2am, we were able to use all-inclusive services all day long after check-out time. The amazing staff let us extend the use of our room until 6pm for the fee of 60 EUR, which was really handy considering we were all salty and had to prepare for the flight back home. Looking forward to coming back next year with more friends and family :D
