The main restaurant is good, the staff is friendly and helpful

The rooms with beach and pool view are very noisy in the evening (till 00:30-01:00) also due to the nearest hotel noise. The food in a la cart restaurants is not so good vs main one

Overall it was a good stay, but a little bit attention to details is needed

Good location, clean territory, warm and clean sea, friendly and helpful staff, super engaging animators (especially Olga with aqua aerobics), good food in the main restaurant

-The rooms can already be renovated and the cleaning can be better (dust on the mirror and shelve in the bathroom has never been cleaned). - A-la-cart restaurants booking doesnt work so we had to wait in line (on photo) and it turned out Italian restaurant we wanted is booked till the end of our stay. Others are not good at all, except for Ocean. The restaurant on the beach is also not good - the food is too dry - My 75 years old mom had fallen in the beach shower because its too slippery. Now she has problems with her leg. There must be some measures taken, like a rubber carpet

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay so much and even regretful that we didnt stay longer. Food was amazing, room was wonderful and definitely enjoyed spending time at the pool bar with delicious cocktails. Staff is friendly and really helpful. Hope to come back again!

Unsuitable reception for those who paid a lot of money for a deluxe suite

You cannot see the beauty of the hotel after a bad reception experience

First the hotels name in booking.com Akra Kemer. I made a reservation by booking.com a deluxe suite for 3 days for 2adults. I read the hotel policy about kids and it says all kids under 12 are welcome. I came with 2 kids and they have asked me for 372. I said your policy is clear in booking website. They said yes it is true. But the two kids should be one of them between 0_2years old and the second one should be between 2-11. and for you, you have the two kids between 2-11. I said it is not written down this policy in booking.com . They said nothing to do with you. You have to pay or cancel ( be in mind the reservation partially refunded). I have asked them to change the room or cancel by them,,,or call booking because I have no Turkish sim they have refused( This was the behavior of the hotel manager. As a hotel manager it was necessary to absorb the anger of the guest. Despite the beauty of the resort, this method of reception did not make us enjoy ).so finally And because we were so tired I paid. They made us so disappointed and upset all the day. This is my last time to come here due to this bad experience. After completing the stay in the resort, I moved to a resort in Alanya. Upon entering, I was asked about the children, and I told them the number and age (11,6). Upon asking the hotel manager, my children were counted free of charge, and I was received warmly and without problems, noting that this resort is newly built and the most prestigious and luxurious. Which means that the hotel manager at Akra resort can not cause us any problems in asking for extra money

Amazing facilities that are ruined by ignorant staff onsite.

Great location and facilities, Impressive rooms with reasonable cleaning. Decent breakfast. Quite an extensive set of entertainment available onsite - fits well for someone who doesn't want to move a lot.

Catastrophically unprofessional receptionists. Rude, aggressive and ignorant individuals that meet guests with 0 empathy and hospitality, ignoring any solutions to the problems and actually saying "I don't care, I am the one who is the boss here", "Our management is bad, go and deal with them". At the same time - the only professional people are located in the booking support chat. Fits for prison, but doesn't fit for the 5-star hotel that competes with other perfect facilities around. Would never choose this hotel again, and would recommend my network to not use it too. If you will choose this hotel - you'll be left alone with these people. And you will be mostly ignored, no matter what are you saying and what you need.
