lovely stay to start our holiday

Breakfast was absolutely delicious with options for the whole family. Great to have western options as well as Balinese/Indian etc. Live egg station, beautiful staff, gorgeous views at breakfast.

Older resort needed some maintenance, close to Kuta if thats your thing.

Central location, close to beach and food. Close too Kuta.

Septics or Drains in our room smelled horrible, almost felt like I was living in the sewers. It was only a local problem as the other room we had was fine. I ended up plugging the drain with a rag as staff couldnt fix it, property was aging and needed some repair.

Nice enough place & clean but wouldnt stay there again.

The garden pool was a lovely but was always too warm. Beautiful grounds, well maintained. Nice to be able to get food & drinks around the pool. The staff were wonderful, they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We were given some absolutely delicious biscuits as a Xmas gesture & the staff made my daughters birthday very special. The cleanliness was of a high standard & the pool was clean. Across the road from the beach & promenade walk. 2 bottles of water were replenished daily when the room was cleaned & lemon water available all day at reception.

The garden pool was always much too warm, like having a warm bath, the other bigger pool always had music playing which we didnt like. In fact too much Xmas music everywhere made us avoid the larger pool and the restaurants onsite. There were too many mosquitoes. The king bed clean but extremely uncomfortable. The room wasnt inviting, always dark, well appointed but with no ambience. The shower in the bathroom & by the pool needed some repairs, no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom to hang anything. The tv was crooked. The kettle didnt turn itself off & was too hot to handle without a cloth. Overall, the room & patio had some lovely features but not very inviting or overly comfortable. Didnt like the area much, too busy & too many people constantly trying to sell you things, not very relaxing.
