    Very warm and interested staff. Large comfortable room; large bathroom; lots of towels; desk area to spread my things. A croissant warming machine so the croissants are crispy! Great cappuccino

    Its central location around the corner from Piazza delle Erbe, room decor, staff were very helpful, near shops. Loved the guest lounge - all looked welcoming.
