    The furniture looked like from junk sale. Cigarette burns. No proper chairs. I had to ask for 1 from courtyard. Pool cool not heated. The rooms were very uncomfortable, tiny not particularly clean. A rip off. I left 3 days early...git ripped off for 300 euros.

    Wonderful quiet and peaceful oasis in the inner courtyard behind the street directly opposite main station. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

    Nice place but they MUST sort out buzzing noises in rooms
    Staff were great, Room decor was nice and comfortable
    The first room had a loud buzzing noise as we were close to the lift. It was so loud that it would prevent sleeping. We told reception so they moved us but the second room in another part of Hotel had same problem. It meant a sleepless night!

    Comfortable beds.
    The neighbourhood felt unsafe. Although it is close to the train station I wouldnt stay in this area again.

    Great location, great clean and comfortable room
    If you need to be close to the train station, this hotel is unbeatable. The area isn't the nicest but the hotel was very proper and I felt at ease staying there.

    Mini break in Marseille with a friend, staying at a boutique hotel with good facilities and friendly staff
    Convenient location near the main station and easy walk into town centre. Modern hotel, lovely decor, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and all fresh and tasty. Comfy beds, good size bathroom and very clean.

    A great repreive from a booking error (our fault) elsewhere
    The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Lovely courtyard and lounge spaces Comfortable bed Very close to the St Charles railway station without going into the less safe areas Good wifi 12pm checkout Luggage storage
    Hairdryer didn't work otherwise could not fault the stay
