Apartment is OK, but the building and the overall area leaves a lot to be desired!

Not a good experience! Did not realize I was basically booking and AirBB and could not count on the building/hotel management to deal with my needs. No daily housekeeping/cleaning (despite the fact that a $185 cleaning fee was charged). Building has many apartments under renovation and the construction noice is unbearable! Someone across the way in another building left a dog tethered to a balcony and the barking was maddening - I actually had to call the police to deal with the disturbamnce. You have to pay for EVERYTHING... nothing but the of the apartment is included in the fees. To add insult to injury, there was heavy construction equipment working on the beach which made it impossible to sit there and enjoy a single moment of peace!

- No daily housekeeping service. - Parking too expensive $30 a day plus $3.00 transaction fee. - Construction was ongoing in adjacent apartments - noice was unbearable. - Beaches are under construction with heavy equipment - no peace & quiet at any moment.
