The worst at all world

First when we arrive i booked the room with sea view and they tell me that hotel doesnt have room like that, the room was old and not clean

They are scammers they put on booking what they dont have the price at booking is one and when you arrive is another, room are not clean, the people who work there make you not welcome, they dont have rooms like at the picture i dont recommend you to choose this hotel because this is all about scam

Aldo, the manager, is undoubtedly the hero of my New Year's Eve and holiday experience. With exceptional communication skills and a radiant positive energy, his clear goal is to ensure guests enjoy their stay to the maximum. I am guaranteed to return and stay there again. Originally, I had booked a stay at another hotel, which turned out to be unacceptable. Without any prior notice, I decided to check out and began searching for a new hotel. According to Booking.com, there were two available rooms at Alexandra. However, upon reaching the reception, the apologetic receptionist informed us of a system glitch on New Year's Eve. Everything was fully booked, but due to the glitch, the availability hadn't updated as it should have on Booking.com. I wasn't the only guest facing this issue that day. Fortunately, Aldo, the manager, was present at the reception and witnessed my predicament. After sharing my story, he miraculously secured an available room for me, even though it could only offer two single beds instead of a double. This detail was inconsequential to me; I simply needed a decent hotel room with any bed for the remainder of my stay in Malta. Aldo not only saved my New Year by arranging a room at a very decent price but also worked his magic by securing a table for me at an already fully booked hotel restaurant for the New Year's Eve Dinner. This hotel, available at a reasonable price, offers everything one needs and more. Thoughtful design elements, such as the pool temperature and room lighting, showcase careful consideration. While there is upcoming maintenance on the horizon, rest assured that it will not impact guests or their overall stay experience. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel, thanks to Aldo's dedicated efforts and the overall positive ambiance it provides.

DONT be fulled by the photos on their profile, they are not even close to reality! this place is a dump, durty, noisy and it smells on illegal substances in the corridors. The staff is arrogant they dont care whats going on and they didnt care about my complaints until booking contact them. there was nothing in the bathroom except one small liquid soap for hands, everything was broken, just save your holiday and dont go there

Nice room, well equipped, breakfast quite interesting, staff very very friendly, nice swimming pool and sauna, beautiful Christmas decoration, I highly recommended.
