Exceptional

The hotel is convenient, clean, and well managed.

The checkin was convenient, and I had an extremely comfortable and quiet room. Everything in the room worked well. The shower works great.

The shuttle passed by my terminal departures and dropped me off in arrivals-a small point and I should have said something, but I thought he'd know what he was doing.

Good

Location was good, close to LGA. Friendly staff. Good sized room and bathroom.

Bed was too soft for me. Towels were small and old. Lighting could be improved.

It had everything you could need

Most of the stuff in the room like lights, remote controls were not working properly or halfway working.

Exceptional

Perfect -restful and very very comfortable .

Its location for Airport / Manhattan transfer perfect . The hotel was staffed by helpful professional staff and the room had absolutely every facility and feature required for an overnight traveller . The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceedingly quiet . Will definitely stay there again .
