    Location was easy to found. shop very close. great view,cozy room. Thank you to Daniel, who made us to feel very welcomed and like home. For sure when we will come to visit Switzerland again, we'll choose a few nights there.
    Breakfast could be a little bit various, but this is a small issue.

    A fantastic place to stay in! Room was clean and comfortable and location was a 10mins walk to Wilderswil station or a <5min bus ride. Breakfast was great with plenty of options for bread and cheeses. Had a very pleasant stay.
    The lack of lifts do make it a little taxing (but i understand most traditional hotels do not have lifts), so this is a small issue

    I liked the balcony to the room, clean and tidy well made bed and facilities, I liked the coloured eggs and im quite a grown up, the coziness of the hotel. Staff was very helpful in guiding us to the amazing experience at the Swiss Alps as we did not have a preplanned tour. Staff very accomodating and helpfull.
    The fact that there was no lifts to the upper floor, there were seniors in my family group. However I understand the logistics of having it will be a challenge. Make single rooms available on the ground or should be an option in booking as a prompt so accommodation can be made for such persons. Not much variety at breakfast, like fresh fruits and veges, maybe its a Swiss thing. Do not have much food options for Vegans

    Soo many steps to drag luggage up! Breakfast was like any other hotel- nothing exciting. It was a long ways from anywhere.

    Wonderful stay and delicious food
    A very traditional Swiss chalet - absolutely perfect for a local experience. The restaurant serves delicious Swiss food and they were accommodating to our dietary requirements. Very clean, simple room. They kindly gave us a bigger one than normal and that made a huge difference. The main bathroom in our room was great - hot towel radiator and heated floor!
    The rooms outside of the main chalet could have had a few more amenities, eg kettle and mugs, and maybe a mini fridge.

    It felt like I was back in time. Dreamlike.
    Unique, antique, well kept. Room temperature was perfect. Sleep quality was excellent. Toilet immaculate.
    The carpet need to be better vacuumed. It felt sandy to my feet.
