Very good

As good as expected.

Nice sized room on 2 levels. Comfy 2 seater sofa. Bed was a good size. Hotel is only a couple of minutes walk for the beach/ shops restaurants etc.

No coffee or milk with the kettle. Can be a bit noisy as rooms not well insulated, but it was quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

Location is excellent. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Lovely roof top pool and breakfast choice is great

Had a room across from the lift and it was noisy. But stayed before in a room not near the lift and it was perfect

Location excellent. 3 of staff smiled during our stay.

Rooms need updating. Bath showers for residents who are in their senior years...1980 style. You can see the corridor lights thru the door..Reception staff extremely unfriendly...definitely won't be back or recommend to others. It is so obvious that if u book thru booking.com you get the worst rooms.

Disappointing

Not what I expected for the price and as the property was classed as 4 stars.

Hotel was clean in general and good location - very close to beach and local bars and restaurants.

Breakfast runs until 10.30, but from around 10 staff are no longer worried about breakfast and want to set up the tables for dinner. We arrived one day for breakfast around 9.50am and I was told not to sit at a clean table as it was prepared for dinner and Instead I was pointed to a used table which hadnt been cleaned from the last user. Also on the first full day at the property it was slightly windy when sitting by the rooftop pool, whilst we were lying on the sun loungers the top part of the umbrella fell off and luckily didnt fall on us but easily could have injured us if it did, the member of staff at the bar was not interested when I reported this issue. I then went down to reception and they advised they would send someone to look at it and whilst a member of the maintenance team did come quickly and replace the umbrella, the reception team werent really too bothered about this and I received no apology. When asked how long it would be for maintenance to have a look, I received a rude response of i am calling them now. Rooms are very dated. Hotel is ok but would not class it as a 4 star property.

Fantastic location

2nd visit. We will be back again. Reception staff. Lovely welcome. Sea view room. Roof terrace view. Friendly service. Bedrooms spotless. Great to holiday with Europeans, no 'Brits. Abroad'. Great location.

I accept there are rules for meal times, but some staff seemed to take delight in shutting the door on us. Instead of an empathetic ' sorry you are too late'.

Great Hotel in an amazing location.

I have been to this hotel more than once, I will be visiting again. Amazing location, the food in the restaurant is fabulous value for money. Staff are very helpful and always smiling. I would thoroughly recommend.

My only complaint and I am being picky! Is the food served from the bar by the rooftop swimming pool, is very hit and miss. Also you can wait a while to be served at lunch times.
