    Room was clean and staff are friendly and helpful. I am happy there a lot of food street nearby.
    The M Floor breakfast really hot. No Air conditioning. Please fix and on because too hot to sit and eat.

    the location is good, the breakfast good.
    The room was not very clean, There were cockroaches in the bathroom and just entering the room it smelled rotten. There is water dripping from the ceiling when the bathroom shower is turned on, this must be repaired immediately. The towels provided were also dirty and after I asked for a change, I was given a cleaner towel.

    Happily the breakfast was saved, as there was someone who baked the eggs for you as you wanted, either omelette or eyed-eggs. Also, the check in was very easy. Very friendly and helpful staff! We didn't have a knife so they cut our fruit for us and they were available for any need we may have had.
    The room was cleaned but not thoroughly. The ventilation in the toilet was not very effective. Also there was no stopper in the sink so we saw some small cockroaches in the room during the night. The breakfast was mediocre, with very low quality butter, marmalade of unknown origin, light coffee and tea that had gone cold.

    During our 6 months roadtrip, from Jogja to Labuan Bajo, and back, this is the most value for money hotel, breakfast was beyond our expectation for budget hotel, good wifi
    Bed sheets and linen a bit shabby, hotel staff knocking on the door to offer towels a bit annoying, but it only happened once
