Superb

A beautiful property

The villa is absolutely beautiful and just as the photos show. Everything has a high end finish and is pristine There were some really lovely touches, such as locally produced toiletries, a basket of fruit and tea and coffee available.

There was nothing not to like.

Amazing?

The property is almost brand new. Everything was clean, comfortable and well presented. The outside areas were well designed for a group/ family holiday. We contacted the owner/ contact number twice and they were keen to help.

The estate is an unfinished building site. The villa behind had a tower crane overhead, and the builders could look into one of the bedrooms as well as overlooking the hot tub. Building noise began before 9am each day. We were not given a warning in advance of our stay, but you are now aware! The pool was poorly heated and we had several visits from pool men to sort this out, including when the water turned green and cloudy. Only on the last day was the water temperature pleasant. The hot tub filter had been dirty for some time according to the hot tub operative who visited. The hot tub was turned off on arrival and we had to search for the master switch as no instructions were provided ( eventually located in an under stairs cupboard). The BBQ did not have any gas to enable us to use it when we wanted to. We think the owner should provide an instruction manual to assist renters with basic information such as what to do with garbage, and how to turn on the cooker hob ( it was not obvious!). We have had apologies for some of the above inconveniences, but a refund would have been better.

Great modern house in an emerging neighborhood

The house itself was new, well equipped and cozy. We were two colleagues on a business trip and the house offered enough privacy for both of us. We didn't miss anything and felt comfortable here.

The whole area was still under construction (03/2023). Big construction cranes were all around us. The noise didn't bother us because we worked during the day. But due to the construction work it was very dusty. It would have been fair if the owner had mentioned that.
